CSEA Caps & Tees Order

Order forms are on their way to your respective parks for the 2026 Cap & Tee for active CSEA Local 104 members currently on payroll. CSEA NY adopted a new logo for the union in 2025, we adapted our new local logo in 2025 on a full-zip hoodie, and this year we are looking to procure Pocket Tee's and Baseball Caps for our members! I've added our local and name to the new logo- pictured above, on the back of a green Gildan pocket tee-shirt which will have NYS OPRHP branding on the front above the pocket, and an embroidered logo on a green Port Authority Baseball Cap. Please print your full name including any surnames (Jr, Sr, etc.) onto the order form for your park (see park office)

as it appears on your payroll and select your shirt size. For help ascertaining your size I've included a size chart for the tee shirt below (hats are one size). Please return all order forms to Deveaux Woods Office by Friday 11/27/25, our pricing is for bulk order therefor no late orders forms will be accepted.
