Good Afternoon and Happy Friday!

As a member of the EAP Committee (Employee Assistance Program), I wanted to reach out and let you know about the WellNYS theme for the month. For March, we are focused on Healthy Choices. The committee thought it might be fun for each park to build a salad together during a lunch period.

I’ve included a copy of a sign-up sheet that you could use to have employees sign up to bring in ingredients to build the salad. At Deveaux Woods we are getting together for our healthy lunch on Wednesday, March 22nd at 12:00 p.m. It will give us a chance to share a healthy meal and enjoy company during the lunch period.

While this in no way is mandatory, it is a great opportunity to help employees take a break from the day and focus on their wellness. If having a salad doesn’t work for your facilities, feel free to choose something else. 😊
