Hello CSEA Local 104 Members!
The Tuition Benefits Program is returning under the new contract and applications will be available beginning September 14th 2022 on the website: nyscseapartnership.org/tuition-benefits
We currently do not have an ETA on either the retro-pay or the April 2023 bonus, it will be dependent on OSC to release the payroll bulletin- as soon as we know anything you will Employees eligibility for the bonus is based on 2 factors: Must be on the payroll at the time the contract was ratified, and CONTINUE without a break in payroll through April 2023. This means seasonal employee's who are laid off prior to April will not receive the bonus. Employee's who work less than full time but who will not have a break in service prior to April 2023 WILL receive a pro-rated bonus (i.e., 20hrs/wk = 50% -$1500).
